Chequille’s superb pure Holstein lineage of Caretano Z–Lavall II–Latino-Calypso I points to the best jumping abilities. His suitability for dressage is also anchored in his pedigree. Both Caretano’s father Caretino, as well as Latino, Silvano and Aljano’s mother’s father, and Calypso I, are known to be double sires.

Among others, Chequille proved his various talents in his performance tests: He achieved the marks of 8.34 for dressage and 8.72 for jumping in the 30-day test. The 70-day test brought about an index of 126.42 in dressage and 129.77 in jumping. Chequille passed both examinations in Neustadt/Dosse and won them with an outclass performance (8.58 and an overall index of 137.37).

Since 2006 Chequille has been placed internationally at Small Tour with his rider Emma Hindle placed 3rd in Aachen CHIO in 2007. In 2009 he made his Grand Prix Debut and has had many placings, including 2nd to Ulla Salzgeber in Munich Reim and Nurenburg.

Due to his high breeding value, Chequille was admitted to the Jumper Program of the Hanoverian Association. Three licenced sons prove his unrivaled genetics and a breeding value of 125 in dressage and 132 in jumping, Chequille is one of the highest estimated double sires in Germany!
