Gracieux

Born 1993, Black, 16.3 hands

Licensed for Oldenburg, O.S.I., Hanover, Westphalia, Rhineland, Mecklenburg Vorpommern, all southern German associations and Austria.

Gracieux finished as Reserve Champion at his stallion performance test, and has repeatedly proven that his most important characteristics are his willingness to perform and his good character, whether in international classes or in top junior sport. He won the Vienna Indoor Derby and has started for Germany in many Nations Cups. Gracieux readily passes the influence of Grannus to his offspring. As well, Gracieux passes on his outstanding characteristic type, which were obtained through the influential damline sires of Akzent II and Fronherr. He not only demonstrates an ideal technique and an exemplary bascule himself, but he readily passes that onto his offspring who also have a perfect jumping technique. As a result of this, Gracieux is in strong demand to both the jumper and hunter markets of North America. His first crops have continuously produced horses that win ribbons up to advanced (S) level.
