Grand Prix winner and sire of multiple world record holder, Totilas

Gribaldi is a stallion with an incredible breeding record. Edward Gal's sensational world records with European Championship winner, Moorlands Totilas, helped him advance to the status of the currently most successful dressage sire. A Grand Prix winner in his own right, Gribaldi has produced offspring that are increasingly capturing the attention of the Grand Prix world. Sisther de Jeu has already won several Grand Prix rosettes, one of them in Zwolle, and IPS Painted Black ridden by Anky van Grunsven was a winner in Wellington, Mechelen, Odense and Stockholm. The two of them also won the World Cup final in 2008 and came second in 2009. Peter Pan/Beatriz Ferrer-Salat and BMC Pasternak/Coby van Baalen are two more of Gribaldi's successful Grand Prix offspring and he has also sired more than 13 approved sons. In 2009, one of Gribaldi's progeny, All Inclusive, was reserve champion at the Trakehner licensing before selling for the price of EUR 240,000 and Hofrat, another son and Trakehner reserve champion in 2000, has won several advanced level dressage classes. Gribaldi's approved stallion son, Distelzar, sold for the record price of DM 600,000 in 2000.

Gribaldi was the impressive Trakehner champion stallion and Trakehner Stallion of the Year in 2008. His father, Kostolany, was Trakehner Stallion of the Year in 2009 and his genes have been passed on to the exceptional Moorlands Totilas and Matiné/Andreas Helgstrand, to which he is the grandsire.
