Lauterbach is the current Oldenburger Reserve Champion in Breeding and in Sport. He is the Champion Stallion of the show jumping breeding federation, OL-International, in 2003. He is a son of the German Young Horse Champion Landor S, out of a much consolidated dam lineage from Contender-Famos-Frivol xx. He clearly is stamped by his damsire, Contender, who is probably today’s most prominent show jumping producer. He completed a decent stallion test with good character and scores of 9.0 in training for his jumping. He presents beautiful, modern jumping style and type and will produce foals with thoroughbred qualities. In 2005, his first year in competition, he won several jumping competitions and confirmed his consistent performance in Rastede as 1st Reserve Champion in the Oldenburger County Show Jumping Championships. At the Main Premiums in Vechta at the Oldenburger Old Stallion Parade, Lauterbach once again showed his quality with his phenomenal jump and was approved as 1st Reserve Champion at the main premiums.
Lauterbach is a gorgeous show jumper who has inherited thoroughbred qualities, although he is large-framed with very elastic movement.
