Nidoeschka "Nikki"

 

Nidoeschka, chestnut rabicano 1996 KWPN Imported mare, MMB Oldenburg.

 

Nikki's extremely sweet and friendly personality quickly made her a favourite in our barn. She has a sterling pedigree from top to bottom. Imported from Holland, Nikki has been approved in the Main Mare Books of the ISR/Oldenburg NA and the CWHBA. Her promising show jumping career was cut short due to a severe injury. Her sire, Belisar, is one of Holland's top dressage producers and in recent years is one of the most highly ranked stallions in Holland, achieving a dressage breeding index of 146. Through Ronald, she carries the very important blood of Ramiro Z and Cottage Son. Mention must be made of her exceptional damline, not the least of which is her extraordinary granddam, Dauphine, who descends from 2 extremely remarkable stallions, Uppercut and Le Mexico. Le Mexico was awarded the very rare Keurhengst predicate just months before he died and 8 years after his death, Le Mexico was still ranked 21st out of 200 stallions for dressage and his jumping index reliability was still ranked at 96%. Le Mexico was a slow starter but, as he aged, his true greatness in the breeding arena started to shine very brightly as evidenced by his progeny's rather spectacular results in the international Grand Prix arena. The great Thoroughbred stallion, Uppercut, was awarded the very rare Crown Predicate by the KWPN. Not only was he an international show jumping champion himself, but he produced many exceptional international show jumping champions. Nikki's interesting pedigree and abilities offer a lot of breeding choices. Nikki also has the unusual Rabicano colour pattern.

Nikki is confirmed in foal to Freestyle (Florestan - Parademarsch - Perlkoenig) for a 2011 foal.
