Farewell III

Born 2000, Dark Bay, 17.0 hands

Licensed for Oldenburg, Hanover, Westphalia, Rhineland, all southern German associations, Mecklenburg Vorpommern, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden.

The Florestan line is currenly one of the most popular dressage lines. The results at the licensing events in 2008 once again documented this: The most coveted licensing winners and top priced young stallions at all of the important licensing events were clearly stallions whose name began with an "F". The fairy tale career of this Bundeschampion can be quickly outlined: A finalist in Warendorf three times, the best 6-year old dressage horse in Germany, with many first place wins in advanced (S) level dressage classes by the age of seven. He had three starts over three days with three victories in Prix St. Georges and Intermédiaire I. He need not fear any of his competitors: he also placed with the best in the qualifiers for the Nürnberg Burg Pokal! The career of his sire Fidermark, the most popular Florestan son, was very similar. Farewell III set accents in breeding right from the beginning and was awarded the Ic Main Premium in Oldenburg in 2004.
Farewell's dam comes from a highly successful Westphalian damline and she has a collection of trademark stallions in her pedigree. Her sire, Rosenkavalier, sired the world renowned stallion, Rubinstein..Significant body parts, generous movements and a walk that can only be praised as "optimal" make Farewell III one of the top sires for modern dressage horse breeding.
